Designation and Objections Management This feature enables trial counsel to enter objections to opposing counsel’s designations, search against designations and objections, and produce color-coded reports of the designations and objections by party for filing with the court. This capability saves a tremendous amount of attorney time in crafting counter-designations and objections, and is particularly useful in serial litigation where access to work product and rulings from prior trials is critical.
